I absolutely loved the Fempowerment workshop and I am so grateful I got to take part of it. I felt so relaxed and calm from the moment I walked into the beautiful space full of candles, crystals, essential oils and rose petals, and saw all the other beautiful goddesses there. It felt like such a safe space free of judgment which made it so easy to strip off and share our personal stories. I was surprised how comfortable I felt dancing around naked in a room full of people, and I actually love being naked now. I didn’t even wanna get dressed the next morning at home! I am so proud of myself for getting out of my comfort zone and taking part of this amazing workshop and highly recommend it to everybody.

Time to be brave… So, on Saturday night I did a thing… An amazing, wonderful and totally freeing thing with some of the most beautiful, courageous, humble and fantastic women I have ever met…

So my knee was definitely not going to bend further than what it did here and after no exercise for over 3months, I was feeling pretty disgusting before I even arrived. Amazing what a few hours well spent focusing on the right things can do for your heart and soul. This isn’t about anything other than accepting the fact I am not perfect, but doing my best every day is actually good enough.

I don’t want to have to explain or justify things anymore, but all I know is that this experience truly opened my eyes to the beauty in this world. Jessa is such an incredible soul and I am so blessed to have met her and all the amazing women that embarked on this journey…

I didn’t know what to expect when I got my ticket to Jessa’s 3.5 hour nude yoga session- this was my first nude event, and I was so nervous! Thankfully, Jessa is compassionate and gentle and made my anxieties fade away almost immediately. She was a wonderful facilitator and guide through something very new to all of us. The feeling of liberation and sisterhood as we shared our stories and vulnerabilities was amazing, and was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate female solidarity. I’m so glad I decided to confront my fear and start to heal my relationship with my body and connect with other women- thanks so much for making such amazing events possible, Jessa!

Thank you for this amazing experience. I loved how you created a warm and relaxing atmosphere with all the candles and made us all feel so comfortable. The affirmations, meditation and yoga made me more conscious about taking care of my body and soul and this experience was a reminder of how beautiful we all are in our own ways and that we should not be ashamed but proud of ourselves and truly love who we are. You are such an inspiration.

I have always been really self-conscious and negative about my body image, especially after putting on weight. I had never truly appreciated my curves, my stretch marks, my scars or my story. Instead I verbally punished myself for not being better all the time. After the workshop with Jessa and the other wonderful ladies, I found that I was more conscious of the beauty of my body and the strength it has held for me over the past 20 years of my life. Yes, I have had some negative thoughts this week but a simple reminder of my amazing and enlightening experience last Saturday and those thoughts are washed away. Thank you Jessa for guiding me onto a path of self-love and self-worship. I felt this pull towards you and this experience and I am so grateful to have had this opportunity.

Thank you Jessa for doing what you do and guiding people to be so open, comfortable and natural. In 4 hours you have changed my perspective of my body, you have opened my mind to self love, you have allowed me to stand naked and completely vulnerable in front of more people than I’ve even been naked in front of in my whole life and I feel so happy and free. I love being naked. Now I have no fear or shame.

I wondered a few days after if it had really changed my mind forever like it felt after that night. And it has! I’m so comfortable, I love being naked and while I still need to remind myself of all these things daily, I can be 100% comfortable being nude without a care! No more worrying about what people think of me when they look at me, no more looking in the mirror and walking away miserable. No more picking out clothes that hide what I didn’t like. Nope, no more. I was made this way. I am me. And I’ve NEVER felt these feelings towards myself in 26 years alive. My life has completely changed and I will be forever grateful.

“I don’t have enough words to express the gratitude to you for holding an amazing workshop and space for us ladies to gather and let our shields down.

I believe that what I gained last night was the forgiveness that I’ve owed myself and my body for almost 15 years (after the stillbirth of my twin boys I shamed myself as I believed that my body had let me and my sons down).

Last night I was finally able to shed some of that guilt and shame and I now have a new opportunity to see myself and my body in a different light.

Thanks you whole heatedly again.”

Blog Post Title One

“I was terrified initially…(which is why I did it.) I don’t look at myself in the mirror anymore but I want to be able to pass on a healthy body image to my daughter. By the end of it, being naked with a bunch of women I’d known for three hours felt more natural than being clothed and I was really reluctant to re-enter ‘normal’ life. I think it was a really transformative experience and being nude, just meant that everyone dropped into being present with authenticity, vulnerability no shields immediately. Certainly made me reassess how I communicate generally with my loved ones, myself, strangers…not to mention reframing the body messages I tell myself or how to counter certain messages I see my daughter already picking up.”

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

“Jessa exudes such a radiant presence that I immediately felt safe, warm and loved. The workshop was beautifully done, it opened my eyes and heart to the raw beauty of the naked form as well as how important self love and acceptance is.

The yoga was empowering in itself, flowing and tender yet made me feel full of strength. Being surrounded by so many incredible ladies was such a pleasure and even though we were strangers, by the end of the night we felt like old friends! Thank you Jessa, I will absolutely be attending your future events.”

Blog Post Title Three

Jessa’s workshop truly opened my eyes to the power of vulnerability, how a room full of women being completely vulnerable physically and emotionally can create such a powerful energy. The workshop allowed me to dig deep into my own limiting beliefs around my body image and my own worthiness, this created a light bulb moment in which I realised I can choose to love myself entirely, no matter what my appearance and I don’t need to compare or look down on myself for not looking a certain way. I have a lot more self love for who I am. Thanks Jessa.

What a privilege to be part of an empowering and beautiful body positivity and nude yoga workshop with Jessa. I’m in awe of the beautiful women who showed up and opened up with such vulnerability.
